2. Exchange & Refund Policies
- Orders are handed closed. ( If you wish to try a pair before purchasing, you can try it with the courrier man before purchasing the order
—-EXCEPT in perfumes orders you’re more than welcome to visit our store to try any perfume). - Refunds are strictly not allowed ( only in case of Faulty / Wrong Items.
- If you receive wrong / Faulty items, don’t hesitate to contact us; we will take care of the rest.
- Customers have the availability to check the order before receiving the product except in perfumes orders.
- Customers have the availability to refuse the order if it has any problem in size during receiving the product(Sneakers or apparels) no exchange after courier left.
